A 12-year-old kid in Missouri was the casualty of an assault by his companions on a school transport. The reason? He was wearing a “Make America Great Again” cap. On the off chance that that wasn’t sufficient to truly make your head spin with rage, the school made the shock a stride further and suspended him from school.
A cellphone video of the battle demonstrates G
Gavin Cortina of St. Louis being scared physically and verbally by his companions for communicating his political perspectives on a cap this last Wednesday.
Amid the video, an understudy can be heard shouting at the casualty:
“You want to build a wall? You want to build a f—king wall?”
Things heightened quickly from that point forward, as per Gavin. He addressed journalists about the occurrence: “At a certain point, he just got so baffled he pushed me, and afterward he continued hitting me and support me up by the window of the transport, thus I simply needed to push him out.”
His mother, Christina, is incensed over the schools treatment of her son and is concerned about what will happen if he wears the hat again.
“As a parent it’s so unsettling. I feel like my son was made an example of, it was a tricky situation—it was politically charged.”
